Everbridge Adds Kenneth Goldman as SVP and Chief Financial Officer

LEXINGTON, Mass., April 7, 2015 —Everbridge, the worldwide leader in unified critical communications, today announced the addition of Ken Goldman as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Goldman, a well-regarded Boston-based financial executive who was named the Boston Business Journal’s “CFO of the Year” in 2009, brings substantive financial and operational leadership experience to this new executive role. He joins Everbridge from Fiksu, where he served as EVP & CFO; his previous financial leadership experience includes a number of high-profile CFO roles including Salary.com, where he led the SaaS company through a successful IPO in 2007. 

As a CPA and financial executive, Goldman has over 30 years of experience building finance and technology organizations. At Everbridge, he will harness this expertise to scale overall finance and operations in support of the company’s continued high growth results.  Goldman has also served as CFO of Black Duck Software, as well as in executive positions for Lodestar Corporation, Student Advantage, MediaMap and Shoplink.com.

Last year the company achieved year-over-year bookings growth of over 40% and added over 400 enterprise customers.  Goldman will manage teams in both the company’s Lexington, Mass. and Glendale, Calif. offices.
