What Are Message Maps?

Robert C. Chandler, Ph.D., internationally recognized expert on crisis communication, designed a complete set of communication message templates and related materials that provide the foundation for organizational communication before, during, and following an incident. Winter weather message templates were created according to the same communication science-based message mapping development process used by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
